Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Terms
Deposit: To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rent must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
Payment Method: All payments must be processed securely through vpaystay.com.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of your deposit (minus a $10 transaction fee) if your cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 8 days prior to your arrival date.
How to Cancel: Written cancellation requests must be sent to assistantrenttoday@gmail.com.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before your arrival date are non-refundable, and our strict no-cancellation policy will apply.
